Overdue renovation works needs to be done in the Shower area, look at the molds on the walls and it's growing all over the place. It has major health concerns not only to your staff but to customers as well. Like Allergic Reactions, Respiratory Issues.

Would appreciate the management to look into this matter seriously.

Good customer service plays a part, I would like to praise Belle for being attentive, her professionalism and follow ups.

I had a healing light body treatment today which helps blood circulation, digestive system. The experience was good~with a good massage follow by the warm healing light touch.
After I did a C. Collagen facial that replenish my collagen levels that I lack. My skin feel more youthful,hydrate & firmer. Both therapists (Helen & Yuness) are experience and friendly. Overall, an enjoyable treatments service😉Thanks

I have been having my facials done by Camie for many years and she always does an excellent job! Her cleansing is thorough and massage has the right pressure. Coming back to something old but also new. The former Body Wellness, now known as Royal Secrets Wellness, turned out to be much the same as I remembered it!

Renovations that quite a few customers have said are long overdue are now happening.

Although there is still a bit of 'hard sell' on their part (hence the four stars!), I am happy that Ms. Nana was quite willing to negotiate on a pricing suitable to my fairly tight budget.

The treatment itself (facial) was pretty good and although I was strongly 'encouraged' to try a 'newer' type, I stuck to my original choice which turned out really well!

Of course, this would not have worked if not for therapist Zaylee's good service. So, a BIG Thank you to her!

Had my usual Jamu massage, professional massage technique followed by the wrapping on my tummy to let the herbs to penetrate inside for fat burning before having a nice shower, and not forgetting the nice ginger tea too!

I’ve been enjoying treatment at this spa for 17 years. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful and the masseuse and those doing facials are very professional. I especially like the massages done by Chilli. Having a massage is like going to a doctor. You need to trust the person and you build a rapport with them because they see you at your most vulnerable. I thoroughly support this spa. Try it.
