There is nowhere better than Salvation Wellness. The soothing lighting, gentle music, and no-shoes policy set the scene for a quiet, serene experience. The beds are heated, there's a weighted blanket, and an eye pillow to relax every part of you. Honestly one could just fall into a glorious nap right there, but wait, there's more! The therapists are truly wonderful. Each one has unique skills and approach, but they are unified in their professionalism and commitment to your comfort. Every massage I have had at Salvation has been top notch. Sometimes I just want a comforting swedish massage, and sometimes my body needs a little more pressure and movement. There's a therapist for every need. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The best money I spend each month!

I booked a prenatal massage on Saturday for the next day Sunday. I am 7 and a half months pregnant, so my comfort level is extremely low. Getting ready and leaving the house takes a lot of effort. I showed up on time for my appointment ready to have some tension released being this far along in my pregnancy. However, when I got there, I was told that upon checking, the massage therapist I booked with does not specialize in prenatal massages. I was told I could reschedule but nothing was available for that same day. Instead of verifying my appointment details beforehand, the person responsible chose to check them only after I had already arrived. Not only did I just waste my time and exert my energy while I'm weeks away from giving birth, but when the manager contacted me about my refund deposit via email, no accountability was taken. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and maybe offering some type of discounted service, I was told that I booked incorrectly and there was no way for them to know... So, the blame for this major inconvenience tried to be shifted onto me instead of the business owner or manager taking the necessary responsibility. Not only did I waste my time coming here, but the manager decided to blame me for their lack of professionalism. It took almost a full week for my refund to finally be processed. This place really needs to get it together especially if they offer prenatal massages. You are dealing with pregnant women, some of which are very close to giving birth. So disgusted and turned off with this place and the way they conduct themselves.

I have been a member of a few different massage places over the years but the level of knowledge and talent at Salvation Wellness is unmatched. I’ve had massages from multiple masseuses there which have all been great but a special mention needs to be made to Maddie P. She is next level phenomenal. I have stubborn knots and prefer a deep tissue pressure and she somehow is able to loosen the areas while still keeping the massage enjoyable. I highly recommend Salvation Wellness to anyone looking for a day of relaxation.

My husband and I have been loyal customers to salvation wellness since 2021, and I have never experienced poor service until today. I came in Friday morning met with a front desk associate who was cold and extremely unfriendly. I would like to note I have never had this experience before, I am not sure if this person is new but they are certainly not following the culture that I know Salvation Wellness to display.

Followed by my husband massage per his experience it was underwhelming. I paid for a deep tissue massage, the masseuse did not listen to my husband request for more pressure and it felt more as if they were just rubbing instead of massaging, and left him wanting to walk out well before the completion of his 60 minutes. I took my time to do my research on this masseuse and other people left them great reviews. So I am really confused as to why my husband was not deserving of the same service. I know people feel my pain when I say, services are not cheap, so when I pay $200+ for a massage that is met with poor customer service and a poor experience, it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of care that we received today and if this is going to be a theme I would suggest people to take their business elsewhere. When asked what type of massage this was, swedish, deep tissue, etc, the receptionists only response was custom, even after when asked to clarify and provide an actual response, just came back with "custom". Cannot begin to state how disappointing the experience was, and perhaps nothing more so than the receptionist and the attitude presented. It is disappointing because after an hour long massage you would like to feel as if something was done, and instead feel as if nothing was done. I know half-assed service when i see it, and it is incredibly frustrating to know I wasted my hard-earned money.

I've been going to Salvation Wellness for a couple of years, and the experience has always been fantastic. The massage therapists really take the time to understand any issues and tailor their approach to address them. They even suggest stretches to help with tension. I'd recommend Salvation Wellness to anyone!

Been a client here for many years. I have changed therapists based on my needs and availability. They are all great, mindful, and will trained. You can tell everyone had a good education because they use a variety of techniques, and it never feels mindless. Highly recommend!
