I’ve been a monthly massage member for years and it’s a wonderful place to go. Jennifer goes out of her way to keep it affordable while continuing to hire excellent therapists. I encourage you to try several of them before you settle on one because they are all great, but offer different techniques and experiences. Ravi also is excellent for facials.

I've been a customer of Serendipity since it's owner, Jennifer Ferdinand, started her studio. Her studios are peacefully wonderful and her staff is top notch. Jennifer has grown her business over the years adding her "Mobility Stretch 4 Life" which is awesome and a "Halo-IR Sauna"
Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Traditional Thai Massage with Maclen. I have come to love the Thai Massage more than the traditional. Maclen does a great job. I always leave feeling relaxed & energized all at once. The Thai Massage works our all of my aches and allows me to be my more flexible self.
I recommend Serendipity Wellness to all of my neighbors and friends

I had the pleasure of getting a facial here, done by Sara. Excellent experience. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Sara was terrific. She has strong hands but a very gentle touch. I highly recommend Serendipity Wellness and having Sara do your facial.

I adore this place. I come regularly for facials with Ravi and always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ve had multiple other services here with other providers in the past and it’s always been an excellent experience. It’s a tucked away gem - I highly recommend Serendipity to everyone!

I had really wanted to enjoy my massage yesterday after a really stressful few weeks/month but besides the easy booking everything was horrible. I have never had a masseuse this bad. She came in without even asking if I was ready (although she did leave a lot of time) and then asked me what I wanted, I said a relaxing massage. She asked if I wanted any “work” and I said yes a little and she joked some people just want to come in and have her barely touch them. I said no, I wanted medium pressure. Then she started the massage and it was the weirdest, fastest tempo massage I’ve ever had. She started jiggling my feet, I reminded her that I have loose joints and she kept doing it, and fast. Then she did my arms and I told her once to stop pressing on my shoulder because it had dislocated at one point a few years ago and it still has issues, but she kept pressing, hard, twice until I had to stop her again. She continued on jerking my body around and I had to ask her (through headphones she was wearing the whole time) to please calm down especially on my back and go slower. She said “I’ll try.” Not good. She didn’t try very hard and it was still a fast, rough, incredibly jerky massage. I even checked the table after to see if it was wobbly! I was up all night with my back shooting pain any time I rolled over to my bad shoulder side. I will NEVER come back here.
