I wish I would have read the yelp reviews before choosing this office for Botox treatment . I had a negative experience . ..

When I came in for Botox I told the nurse I wanted to treat the same area I’ve always done in between eye brows and amount 40 units . I felt her injecting other muscles not in the same area . I called and told them after 5 days and they told me to wait the 14 days . I came in for consultation after 14 days and not much change and showed them . Nurse admitted they did inject different areas and didn’t treat the spot and her only answer was they would “Note “ it for next time . She made no effort or showed concern . Made me feel like she didn’t care even after it being their fault . She told me every muscle contracts differently . That was her answer in an upset mood and being sarcastic the whole time I was concerned .

I just moved from Bay Area to Central Valley and have had amazing results for many years in other offices in the East Bay and they fixed the issue if there was one immediately . It showed me that they cared about their patients and the office reputation and wanted to keep their clients coming back !! I wanted to look for Botox office where would be closer to me .

Big mistake I picked the wrong place . I found Serenity in an Ad on Groupon thought I would give them a chance and continue if they did a good job Unfortunately it was the worst experience!!

Serenity Spa and Chiropractic made me feel they only want your money and they don’t care about keeping their Clients ..

I will report them to Better Buisness Bureau so they aware and prevent business like these from taking peoples money $$$

Question I also have now is if they even use real Botox and also Education and Credentials of the Nurse and Staff ..

I recently moved to Modesto and was looking for somewhere closer to where I live to get my monthly micro dermabrasion and facials. I thought it would be a good idea to use Groupon to try two different places. One was for Greg Martin Skin and the other was for this place. (Serenity Med Spa)

So let’s start with the entrance, it is towards the back of the parking lot and a little confusing to find the first time. There’s a notice posted outside their front door. It reads “DO NOT COME IN OR KNOCK IF YOU HAVE NOT CALLED THE OFFICE.” So be prepared to wait outside until they open the door if and when they see you. Not fun when it’s pouring rain and cold or blistering hot in the summer.

I had purchased a Groupon for three Microdermabrasions. Be aware that they mark all three as used on your first visit. My first visit went fine, My face didn’t feel as clean or smooth as I’m used to after a treatment but the aesthetician was nice and pleasant to talk to. She was about the only person I interacted with that was.

Right before my second appointment, I received a call on a Friday. The gentleman had left a voicemail message, indicating that if I did not call back to confirm my appointment for that Monday I would have my appointment canceled as well as be charged $50. I thought I must’ve heard wrong so I called back for clarification within 5 minutes of him leaving me the voice message. To my surprise, he confirmed that I had heard right. If you do not call back to confirm the appointment, You will show up and not have an appointment but be charged $50!!
(NOT IF YOU MISS THE APPOINTMENT, SIMPLY FOR NOT CALLING TO CONFIRM!!)
In mid sentence of questioning this, the gentleman (I use the word gentleman loosely) sounding annoyed and impatient cuts me off and in a rude tone says “can I talk?” to which I replied “no, you may not” I was shocked at how RUDE it was that he had cut me off for simply questioning the questionable policy! He then proceeded to state “then you’re done” and hung up on me. I was in complete disbelief since I had not been rude or spoken in any kind of tone that could be perceived as rude for him to respond in such a way. After gathering my thoughts, I tried to call back in 10 minutes To see if somebody else could help me. There was no answer and I left 2 separate messages explaining what just happened and asking if I still Had an appointment. I didn’t get a callback until the Monday of my appointment. The young lady that called me seemed uninterested and didn’t apologize or offer any kind of explanation to why her coworker had been so rude or why my phone calls were not returned. What she did do was confirm that it is their policy to remove you from the schedule and charge you $50 for not calling back to confirm the appointment. On my last visit, I was asked if I would like to reschedule, My reply was no thank you. The receptionist made a comment about not being able to purchase another Groupon, as if the only reason for me not wanting to come back was because I wanted a discount from Groupon. It was not. Groupon was merely something I took advantage of to try various spas until I could find one I liked. The staff is rude and I felt uncomfortable, It is very clear that this place could care less about Customer service. This place seems more geared in extorting money any way they can from consumers with their questionable “policies”.

Greg Martin skin is a much better choice. There was an actual difference in my skin it felt clean after only one treatment. The staff there is Knowledgeable and very professional. They actually use Groupon with the purpose of bringing in new clients and retaining them. Not shaming them or extorting them.

Super disappointed, went for my first time getting lip filler, was excited and ended up unsatisfied, was totally rushed through my appointment with Elisa and my lips look bad literally like 3 minutes told me a list of things and just sent me out smh! Won't be going back 4 weeks later my upper lip is lopsided and barely any filler on one side, so unprofessional! Expected alot more with how much was charged. Didn't get a consultation or anything.

Just got a spa mani-pedi done. I love the relaxing atmosphere and the staff is so nice. They took their time and did a wonderful job I didn't feel rushed at all I feel like I'm walking on clouds. Just what I need it will definitely be returning for all the other fabulous Services they offer.

I came to this spa because I received a Groupon and based on the reviews I didn’t know what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and mainly Elysia the RN who helped ease my anxiety. She is wonderful. The only reason for the 4 stars is the sketchy parking situation and the, I will meet you outside setup. I don’t understand this protocol and it puts people off. Nevertheless, my overall experience was positive. I will return.

Never ever come here for lip filler, they botch everyone that walks in it’s crazy
