I usually don’t leave reviews, although I love receiving them I hardly leave them. I’ve been going to Shanti for 3 weeks now and the difference I feel in just 3 weeks has me leaving this review. I called Rey one day because even though I was exercising consistently I was constantly in pain with my hips, back, neck and other areas. I’ve gone to chiropractors and have done physical therapy multiple times with no relief. I decided to come in after we talked and I’m hardly in pain anymore and I feel so good when I leave the studio… way better than any other workouts I’ve done… I don’t feel pain after yoga like my other workouts…. I have this buzz of energy throughout the day and I’m just in a way better mood. I highly recommend this place!! I love all the instructors and I genuinely feel cared about. I also love listening to the messages they give about not being able to pour from an empty pitcher to having instructors adjust my form to do the movement correctly! So happy I made the call that day!

Awesome vinyasa yin and sound bath with Fran this morning! Definitely felt welcomed and appreciated as a new client which means a LOT. Their space is warm and inviting with a lot of natural light and heated floors. Take advantage of their deals for new clients and packages. I did!

Attended a few yoga classes here and the practice was good. The space is warm and bright with a lot of windows. Tried a few different teachers, all were kind and friendly except for one.

One teacher was cold and didn't greet me when I entered the building, energy was disregarding--complete turn off as a human being and someone who was new to this studio. Her elitist attitude perpetuates the idea that *every* person isn't welcome in yoga and demonstrates how most yoga spaces are not safe spaces for *every* body.

Best yoga and massage studio in the area! I love the atmosphere, ambiance, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The owners are welcoming and accommodating. I am so grateful to have found Shanti couple years ago.

I've attended many classes here and at the old location. I've taken classes taught by all the teachers there at Shanti and they were all friendly and welcoming! Depending on what type of class you take, you will leave feeling strong from a great work out or restored from the gentle guidence of the teachers here. Either way you will always leave having learned something new. They offer a wide arrange of classes, to an eclectic range of yogis of all shapes, sizes and ethnicities. I have met many interesting and friendly people here that were regular attendees and first timers. Shanti offers a peaceful environment to practice self love/care EVERY single day, so the scheduling of classes makes it easy to attend for any schedule! They also offer first time guests a FREE trial class, which I think is great giving new comers a chance to try it out "risk free". They teach that everyone can benefit from yoga

New location is beautiful, inviting, and peaceful. Massage with Adriana is fantastic! Good combination of relaxation/ pressure to comfort sore muscles and desk job aftermath. Staff I encounter are always welcoming. Love the vibes here.

I have listened to many sound baths online, but I have never actively participated in one before. I enjoy trying new things and a sound bath was something I wanted to try in person and not merely online. When I found out there was an opportunity to try one in Munster, Indiana, I signed up and the experience couldn't have been any better than it was! I really enjoyed the sounds of the singing bowls and the many other sounds I have never heard before. Fran and Danna were amazing practitioners of this immersive sound!

I shall return for another sound bath in the future with Shanti Wellness Center.
