I love Steelbound and highly recommend you stop and taste one of their carefully crafted menus! They have amazing appetizers, crafts beers and wines, delicious meals and more! I’m on a long roadtrip and found this lovely restaurant near my hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and hard working. Don’t be surprised when multiple staff members check in and wait on you! I absolutely loved Emily! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and made our experience that much more pleasurable. I also met the owner Amy who is just as hard working as the top staff she’s assembled! Be sure to check out their happy hour, 1/2 all beers!!! Also there is kind of a secret menu (ask about the soup 🤫). 12/10 highly recommend. Thank you Evelyn for being so kind and always checking in!! Thanks again Emily for making our visit extra special! Food and cocktail were alright.. nothing exciting. There is not enough collection on beer for the brewery. We ordered a couple of appetizers to start with the alcohol beverages, our cocktails glass emptied at the bar, no sharing plates, water offered, or filled until we ask or waited for bartender attention.. there were barely 5 guests at the bar. we decided not to order/bother for the dinner order after that and just left. Only 1 great thing was crispy Brussels.. we definitely missed HOOKED

We have been to other Steelbound locations and this one is nice but not quite the same, as it resides inside the Mosey Williamsville (hotel). It lacks some of the charm that we have seen at the others, as they are more limited on space (and from the looks of it unable to brew there etc.).

It still has the same great drinks though!

Hint: The restrooms are actually off the hotel lobby by the pool.

Julia was amazing as the food was! My Fiance absolutely enjoyed every bite of the chicken and corn chowder… it was perfect for the snowy and wintry mix outside!! We also enjoyed the low heat week chili wings and the MONSTER BOWL of delicious cheese curds!! We just may have to come back tomorrow!

I tried. I stay at the Mosey that is connected weekly and tried it when they first opened and asked for a drink made entirely wrong after waiting over 15 minutes to be served when I was one of 5 people in the restaurant. I gave up when they never gave me a menu and left. Since they had recently opened, I assumed that it was due to some opening kinks that had to be worked out, and I tried them again months later for a similar result. I ordered a drink, and it took over 15 minutes to get it, and it was wrong. Ordered food that was overpriced only to find out that had I wanted frys with my burger, which I ordered, it would be a $3 up-charge over the chips, that I received instead. After waiting for the server to show up so I could get the fry situation was worked out had to wait another 10 minutes for the server to come around so I could get ketchup by which time the frys were cold. Food looked good but the taste was that of typical Hilton hotel food. Burger was bland and dry, fries were plain. Burger fries and a drink were $40 (chips were comped because they weren't ordered) and over an hour of my time most of it waiting for service. Server did ask me if everything is ok but I think the issues are nothing he is going to be able to fix. Not doing it again especially since Williamsville has amazing food elsewhere.

Julia was our server. She was so sweet and informative about the menu! I asked about a pasta sauce and she tailored it to my liking (asked the cook to add spice to the sauce because I said I liked that). We live super close so we will be going back even for just drinks and an appetizer

The food was so delicious! The soup of the day was my favorite, and the homemade chips were incredible. Our waitress Julia was so nice and helpful. All around a great time.
