Ik volg al een aantal jaren de yoga lessen van Tash en nu heeft zij eindelijk haar eigen mooie yoga studio geopend. Het café heb ik nog niet uitgeprobeerd maar Tash kennende zal het eten en drinken fantastisch zijn! Het voelde alsof ik even op vakantie was.
Inmiddels heb ik er al 2 keer geluncht en 1 keer op zaterdagavond gegeten. Alles is even lekker en vers. Bediening super aardig. Ik wil er iedere dag wel eten. Oh ja, ik heb ook de huisgemaakte jam gekocht, je raadt het al die is ook heerlijk!

WAUW! Topplek, met prachtig uitzicht. Ik heb er alleen een kop koffie gedronken, maar kom zeker terug voor brunch en/of diner (diner alleen op vrijdag en zaterdag). Mooi zwembad en sauna op het dakterras - hier moet je wel apart voor betalen. Je krijgt wel korting als je een yogales boekt😊

This place is an amazing bubble of coziness in Amsterdam Noord. The delicious food feed your body when the yoga studio nourishes your soul. Friendly staff and comfortable furnitures, it feels like home.

Had a wonderful evening at S&F. Really nice ambiance, dressed up yet laidback and relaxed setting; people were dining and having drinks, some just had a swim in the rooftop pool or came back from the sauna. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We started out with an aperitif at the 'bar' and were invited to the candle-lit table afterwards. We had some surprising and really (really) good wines, with dishes that were equally refreshing, appealing and simply put; very tasty. We had - for example - braised cabbage with beurre blanc and roasted nuts, plus a dessert of barley and goat's milk, with kumquat and fine biscuits. Dishes to dream of. One of those truly unique places in Amsterdam.

You’ll fall in love with this place! Brunch, yoga, pool, sauna, Noord.

That’s all you need to escape town end of day or during the weekend. Aesthetically pleasant, warm, and neat. The ideal treat for your mind and body.

The yoga class schedule is varied and top notch. My fav are Arben’s classes which are delivered with great energy, attention to postures and unmissable fun.

Stretch and Fold is definitely a gem in Noord which is worth checking out!

There new yoga studio and café in the north is amazing. The place is located on the top floor with a swimming pool & sauna!!!! The yoga studio is stunning and so beautifully decorated. After an amazing yoga class I had an amazing coffee overlooking the pool. I felt like I was on holiday. As much as I would like this place to be a hidden gem it’s so good I have to tell you all to go and try it out!!

I went for the afternoon and could have stayed for a month! When you get to S&F the welcome is only surpassed by the views - stunning. We ate a healthy, clean and super tasty meal. Excited to go back and get involved in the FOLK collaboration 🤩

Great place to be for yoga, delicious food and drinks, and outside pool with sauna! And you can work behind your laptop in here. Super nice people and atmosphere. Love the interior design and yoga classes with Tash and Romee!
