Not worth $50. I had a disappointing experience at this particular location, I had booked an infrared sauna session. The temperature was not warm enough and the chromatography (color therapy)feature inside wasn’t functioning. To add to the frustration, the desk manager was unaware of the issue and not mentioned that to me prior the session. The towels provided were not clean and felt cheap. However, I must commend the host, who was hospitable and ensured a smooth check-in. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations.

I've been taking yoga classes at SW3AT for a while now and I can confidently say that it is a great place for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The instructors, Tanisha and Valerie, are both amazing. Their vinyasa classes are gentle with a smooth flow that is perfect for those new to yoga. But don't let that fool you, even if you're an experienced yogi, you'll still find their classes challenging and rewarding.

One of the things I love about Tanisha and Valerie's classes is that they really allow you to feel and breathe into the pose. They take the time to explain each pose in detail and they offer modifications for those who need them. This ensures that everyone can participate and benefit from the class, regardless of their level of experience. They also have complimentary yoga mats and blocks available for each class.

I also appreciate the overall atmosphere at SW3AT. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The infrared saunas and salt cave are a nice bonus.

Overall, I highly recommend SW3AT to anyone looking for a great yoga experience. The instructors are top-notch, the studio is welcoming, and the classes are challenging yet accessible. I'm so glad I found this place!

I recently visited Sw3at after purchasing the Massage & Sauna package. I was looking to relax and give myself a self-care detox day, and my experience was that and so much more. The studio is spotless and everyone who I encountered there was so incredibly kind, knowledgable, and genuinely interested in making sure my experience was top of the line, and it was.
From the moment I walked through the door, Tanisha was warm and friendly, while offering high end customer service - she ensured my sauna was already warm and ready to go for me, and was attentive to anything else that would have made my experience more enjoyable. My massage with Alshakise was the perfect balance of relaxing and firm. He was professional, kind and thoughtful, and I walked out of the massage feeling like butter... which was exactly what I was looking for.
It was the best self-care day I've had in a LONG time, and because of the incredible experience, I'm considering making it a monthly self-care ritual.

This place is absolutely lovely, I booked my first Infared Sauna Session here and LOVED IT ! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The environment is also really calm and aesthetically pleasing. They offer multiple different options to invest in your wellness which is great ! I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis 🩵

Warm, inviting space. I’ve taken classes with both Valerie and Tanisha and they are both amazing. Very beginner friendly. It is really a mind + body experience and I leave the class feeling very rejuvenated. I’ve come here a few times through ClassPass. I’m slowly starting my yoga journey and I am so glad I found this place

This was my first infrared sauna experience and I thought it was great! The facility was super clean, well equipped, and the receptionist/manager (sorry I forgot your name!) was really welcoming and explained everything to us clearly. The experience itself was unique, at least to me, and different from other saunas I've tried. In the end, I was feeling less out of breath and more rejuvenated compared to the usual feeling of overheating and gasping for breath. Being able to play our own music right in the sauna was great and made it a really personalized experience. Did an hour session to start off a relaxing Saturday morning and felt restored and energized all day after. Will definitely be coming back again!

So glad I found Sw3at a couple years ago, so much to love between the great availability, private clean rooms, and wonderful team that works here...I love my weekly visits. I initially joined think I wouldn't visit during the summer bc its already so hot out but I have enjoyed it all year long.

My first infrared sweat. It was great. I wasn’t totally prepared, but I got into the groove. The studio is clean and very relaxed. Staff helpful, responsive, and inviting. I bought a package of 5 sweats. I’d a been back by now to for my second sweat but can’t find the time. But I’ll get there. You should check it out today.
