The moment we checked in they welcomed us with soft drinks and alloted rooms, rooms were spacious, ambience was nice, and kids play area was also nice, resort is surrounded by bamboo tress so we feel very fresh when we were roaming around resort,
I must compliment to food staff, food quality was excellent,from serving to cleaning everything was perfect.

Disappointing Stay at Tadoba Tiger King Resort

Our recent experience at Tadoba Tiger King Resort was unfortunately below expectations, leaving us with a sense of dissatisfaction and frustration.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by staff whose demeanor was notably rude and unprofessional. Their lack of courtesy and indifferent attitude towards our inquiries and needs made us feel unwelcome from the start. It was clear that hospitality and customer service were lacking, which set a negative tone for the remainder of our stay.

The dining experience at Tadoba King Hotel did not fare any better. Despite our requests and preferences communicated in advance, the food served did not match our expectations. The choices were limited and often not as described, leading to further disappointment during meal times.

Moreover, the accommodation provided for additional beds was subpar. The beds were uncomfortable and clearly not suitable for the purpose they were intended for. This oversight significantly impacted our comfort and ability to rest properly during our stay.

Overall, our stay at Tadoba Tiger King Resort was marred by rude and unprofessional staff, disappointing dining options, and inadequate sleeping arrangements. For anyone considering staying at this establishment, I would caution against it and recommend exploring other options in the area to ensure a more pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Extremely disappointed with the place. I had stayed earlier when it was relatively new with a different management who deserved good rating which I had posted earlier. But this time, (I was told that the property was under new management), I stayed with my friends since the Sales staff sent me good pictures of the property and I got fooled looking at the pictures. Unfortunately my friends who needed an extra bed, was harder than wood. And when we asked, the reply I got was no one has complained till date. Most ridiculous, instead of handling the situation, the staff is aggressive towards complaints. The food was not upto the mark. Also there was strong oil smell which was repulsive. Luckily after we fought, they gave us palatable meals. If we asked for anything, the first response was Iska Paisa Lagega. As if we are free loaders. The staff is CLUELESS to rules of SERVICE INDUSTRY and desparately need professional training. The rooms were unkempt and no cleaning done, despite thousands of insects dead outside the rooms, not that the rooms dint have any insects. It was flooded with all shapes, sizes, colour insects, crawling flying every where. Also the room charges are pretty competitive but SERVICES provided are ZILCH.
I doubt if the place would be able to meet even the standards of homestays, where at least good decent food is provided. Overall a harrowing experience, The only way to deal with the property is AVOID.
NOT TO MENTION, whenever I tried calling up the person Mr. Wasim who took my booking, RECUSED to take any of my calls and probably put me on IGNORE MODE as i was asking for decent service.
AVOID AVOID AVOID is all I have to say.

Superb trip with everything well organised. Customised service given as required. It was a well planned trip by the management. The hospitality of the staff was very good. Clean rooms with front view. Food was awesome and also provided with breakfast during the morning safaris. Thank you Vasim for all your co-ordination

We along with 👪 stayed here for a night on 14th Aug. As our safari booking was on 15th Aug. Early morning.
We noted that since it was off season in rainy days we were the only guest here.
Mr. V. Bhagat was very prompt and humble.
Thanks for his hospitality and food service.
Few feedbacks for improvement here.
Rooms are not at all wel maintained.
1.TV was not in service.
2.Poolls was not maintained.
3.Cycles were under maintenance.

Overall it is fine though the rooms are not in condition I have managed to. Need lots of maintenance with mainly the Towels and the products kept in the room .The beds and the bed sheet need more hygienic.Staff are very friendly and supportive.Awesome 🥘
