The ambience and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. It was very majestic for me, especially because I spent it with my boyfriend. I appreciated that there was a restaurant in the Inn plus a shopping center within the vicinity. I will definitely return in the future.

I was excited to spend the night here on a very small local getaway with my best friend to unwind. But I found myself disappointed.
1. The rooms were extremely outdated. They offer nothing in them also not even robes if it's a spa you think they would offer robes!!! The bathroom offers no amenities besides a used soap bar with hair on it and a half-empty mini shampoo! Not even shower gel (you're better off staying at a Marriott for a cheaper price!!)

2. There were so many bugs in the room and a cheap headboard and bed every time I went to move the bed shook!!

3. the restaurant was terrible the food was terrible however the server was extremely nice!

4. My room had a musty Oder and frankly the whole hotel

5. The grounds outside look beautiful but inside the rooms are cheap motel and cheap owner vibes the front desk doesn't pick up the phone!!

5. Lastly the carpet is stained and the wallpaper is peeling this place needs a major reno not worth the price at all!!!

Just had the worst massage of my life. The masseuse pried all about my personal life, talked about her divorce and even a Netflix special she just watched which as she described - apparently involved children being sexually abused by their father so they murdered him. All.during.my.massage! Needless to say I left feeling more stressed then when I arrived. The massage itself felt more like an oil rub with minimal pressure. I calmly complained to management after and was offered no comps and just $20 off! The manager said I should have just walked out in the middle of the massage (despite being undressed.) An absolutely waste of money, will not be returning, and cannot urge more to look for spa services elsewhere. Amenities include just a steam room and sauna (no hot tub, etc.) so our group had nowhere to just relax and spend time after our treatments.

We were very excited to come to the spa for two nights, two birthdays and an anniversary. We went to the room and it was freezing cold in there so I called the front desk and they said they would call maintenance to the room. We went to have some lunch in the hotel restaurant. The waitress there knocked over my drink. I got semi-wet. We change tables. They never offered us anything for the inconvenience. When we went back to our room, the rooms were still ice cold. we went back to the reception area and told them and they told us that they don’t have heat until the temperature outside reaches 62°. They should’ve told me that when I called them and asked for maintenance. We ended up leaving and going home. It was an hour drive to get there and an hour drive to get back home , they claimed that they are green Hotel. They don’t have solar panels. They don’t have anything that shows that they are green Hotel. They lied. They lost two nights of guests and the spa lost a lot of money because we canceled our appointments.

We come to visit our daughter in the area, but love staying at the hotel. Desmond’s restaurant is wonderful. Linda takes care of us (usually about 10) happily and very friendly to our family. The foods great.

I liked the party for my sisters wedding but in my haste to check out left couple pair pants and shirt in dresser and make up bag behind bath door called next morning was told room not clean call back so I drove the 50 miles back to the inn and they told me room was cleaned yesterday and nothing found meanwhile I left 5 dollar tip ill never stay there again

BACK AGAIN with my other friends for an awesome experience - they were able to give us early check in (was not requested but was very welcomed). Spa experience was excellent, martini at the Desmond’s Bar was excellent and so was our female bartender; warm and engaging. Our lunch was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were clean as well as bathroom. I absolutely encourage friends to enjoy each other while having a relaxing overnight stay.
