My husband and I did our first Contrast Therapy session at The Luminary. It included a cold water plunge and infrared sauna experience. It was such a cool and invigorating therapy. The building/amenities were so clean and comforting. The staff, Dr. Emily and Andrea were both very friendly and made sure we felt welcome. We will certainly be back to try the Float Therapy. 10/10 recommend this place!

I first started seeing Emily for chiropractic adjustments and she is super knowledgeable and great at adjusting my body. I have been using the float tank over the winter as a way to reduce stress and find it amazing! Last week I tried the contrast therapy; alternating between sauna and cold plunge tank. It was exhilarating at first but honestly after 30 seconds it was comfortable (for a few minutes). I felt great after and such a great way to say “Yes” to your health. Emily and her staff are amazing and super helpful. Definitely check her out!!

The Luminary is an awesome recovery studio. I do the contrast therapy twice a week (sauna/cold plunge) and have noticed a significant improvement in my mood and muscle recovery. Staff is super friendly and DR. Emily is great. I highly recommend!
