Our 3 nights stay at Machan Canopy 3 was very exclusive and outstanding. We were very pleased with the lush green property, the neat clean and spacious room, the dining area, the overall ambience was absolutely fantastic. At check-in we were greeted with the smiling Front Office staff who was very professional and attentive, made the whole check-in process very smooth.We enjoyed the amazing food cooked by the Kitchen staff, served by the ever smiling entire Restaurant Team. Great ambience, great hospitality, great food and an excellent team. Great place to detox completely. Keep up the good work.|Overall we had an experience that we will cherish for a long time to come and will most definitely share it with our family and friends. We look forward to visiting The Machan again.

The Machan has been on my bucket list for a long time and my sister and I finally had an opportunity to stay there for 2 nights in the first week of December 2024. We stayed in The Jungle Machan which is cozily nestled in the midst of trees. Booking through Onkar was quick and the express check-in ensured that there was no waiting time. The meals are served at 3 different restaurants, each in idyllic settings, especially Fireplace for dinner and Fig Tree for lunch. The food is very good, as is the service - a special shout-out to our server Ganesh. We really enjoyed the Night Walk and the Forest Bathing with Mohan; forest bathing was a meditative and calming experience. The property is spread out and if there were better signage, guests could comfortably follow the nature trails and explore the property themselves. The property is about 15 years old and the furniture in the room shows signs of wear and tear. Room service is a little slow and we had to call a few times for a water refill. Staying at The Machan is a unique experience, but better upkeep of the rooms and revamped furniture are expected for the price.

I booked a stay at this hotel for my family of four, despite the expensive pricing, as we were looking forward to the amenities advertised. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the hotel demanded the full payment three weeks before our stay, which was already inconvenient. Upon arrival, we were made to wait for over 30 minutes at check-in, with the staff displaying an unwelcoming and passive attitude.

Once we settled into our room, we discovered several issues. The water heater was not functioning, and the bathtub had problems as well. We raised these concerns with the staff, but they were dismissive and showed no interest in resolving them.

To make matters worse, the food was outrageously overpriced and did not justify its taste or quality.

For the price we paid, we expected a seamless and luxurious experience, but what we received was disappointment after disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Excellent break.
Really enjoyed the stay at the Machans. The rooms were excellent, clean, spacious with great views of the jungle.
The location is out of the way . Away from the hustle and bustle of the Indian city life.
The food was excellent and good variety.
The service was outstanding each and every staff we dealt with was very helpful and accommodating.
Next time I'm in India I will definitely stay here again.
You can choose as much as you want to do or not do.
