Renee and the team are fantastic. The team was helpful when setting my appointment, welcoming when I did arrive, and Renee took it the rest of the way. She shared her knowledge on my treatment and answered all my questions. Looking forward to a return visit.

Really uncomfortable and disturbed by this establishment. Went here for med spa services recently. A few things turned me off:

1. Their pricing is not transparent. They increased the pricing as soon as I got into the treatment room from what I was originally quotes. They pushed expensive "add ons" insisting my treatment would not be effective unless utilized. I followed their suggestion but after payment and service, I realized they are extremely overpriced for the area and services provided.
2. upselling: I had a body treatment but they still pushed me to also purchase facial skincare. The technician also had no knowledge of the ingredients in the skincare she was pushing. When I declined also purchasing skincare, they looked down on me.
3. I went a few weeks before the election and the owner talked incessantly of politics making derogatory comments. This made me extremely uncomfortable. A place of business is not the place for political discussions, especially when they are derogatory or exclusionary.

If you read the reviews on this page, the owner can be seen commenting on all negative reviews and trying to refute customers valid claims. I wish I would have read these reviews before spending my hard earned money in this establishment.

We love the refinery! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. We have been back several times and they never disappoint. Jessica does great work, definitely recommend will be back. Thanks for always making us look gorgeous!

When I wanted to take my facials more seriously than a spa treatment, The Refinery MedSpa helped meet my goals. I got a hydrafacial service with Renee, which also included a brief consultation, and overview of the sevice. During the service, Renee was very informative and provided insight on how to improve my skin care routine. The service was relaxing and professional. Afterwards, Renee advised on brands of products to use to help combat the redness of my skin and achieve balance between my dry and oily sections of my skin.
Looking forward to another service with Renee and the Refinery.

I absolutely adore the entire team and I have received exemplary service! The concept of beauty and aging in this modern day landscape can be daunting and if I’m being honest, a bit saddening. However I always feel comfortable when I find myself at this med spa. To start everyone is very cheery and personable. They all feel like that great group of friends you look forward to meeting for monthly mimosas. Also, they remember you! So the comfort is there and whatever personal hang ups I have ever felt are quickly dispelled through laughter, positivity and honesty. Now moving onto the services rendered. Every time I just look and feel refreshed. I never once felt talked down to, pressured or less than beautiful as I already am. And zero complications. I have gotten tons of positive feedback from the people in my life and I do believe this due to the staff being well educated and trained with a healthy dose of bedside manner. I’m yet to meet anyone who wasn’t just absolutely fabulous. And to add this last bit. They all look great too! I once went to a med spa and everyone just had a very plastic appearance and while the service was great, I guess it set off my spidey sense lol. However at Refinery, everyone just looks great, refreshed and happy! The most I can say in summation is, the staff is kind, knowledgeable and conservative in their assessments. I say go for a consult and talk to the staff, you will be at ease and honestly appreciate your natural given beauty while feeling confident to move forward.

“I was welcomed with a friendly ,sweet staff and they were very helpful navigating the sign in forms . There was no wait. Jess was very nice and helpful in explaining how everything was going to be done administering the injections. This was my 1st visit to the office and i highly recommend it here . I will return for an 2nd follow up visit in 2 weeks.”

It is the best facial experience I have had so far. Renee is a fantastic aesthetician; she knows the skin, but she is also knowledgeable in ethnic skin, which I appreciate. I recently moved to the Palm Bay area. I came upon Refinery Spa, and it has been incredible. Making an appointment is super easy. I was scared to go at first. I had some bad experiences. I am of Indian descent, my skin is sensitive, and it is prone to hyperpigmentation. Renee listens to my concerns and what I would like to improve. I have loved the outcome not only because of her knowledge but also because Renee’s spirit is so caring and what she does, which you can see once she is done. I never leave dissatisfied. I feel confident in her service, and I usually see the actual benefits of the facial or peel. Honestly, Renee is 10/10. Thank you so much!

My experience with Alyssa was exceptional. Not only was she professional, but she also provided excellent care. If you are looking for someone who is passionate about their patients, and someone who is knowledgeable about aesthetic care, look no further! During my time with her, she provided educational tips on how to continue care after treatment. She recommended products specific to my skin type and so much more. I am most definitely coming back.
