Took my husband for a spa day.
He got massage facial and Mani Pedi
And I got a facial .

The massage was cute not the best that I had the facial is more creams and facemasks, even though we specifically ask for deep cleaning very expensive cheap facial .

Mani pedi was good.

The facility is nice. And the hotel
Is beautiful!
But will not be back for the spa.

The Spa was great. I don't have a lot of experience with these types of services. The facilities were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the masseuse was very professional. I got a 1hr full body message and it was fantastic. I spent time in the private spa pool with the rest of our group. This pool is kid free and very relaxing. Drink/food poolside service was friendly and prompt. I would definitely recommend it.

This spa, the entire staff..the treatments ....5 star all the way. My family and I have been enjoying all that they have to offer for years. I put this spa up against any world class spa and it would finish on top. The relaxation room and waiting area have the most magnificent calming effect. Finally, after treatment enjoy the beautiful ocean view. We live here in south Florida and enjoy long weekend "staycations" here. Love it here, and highly recommend the property and spa for the most relaxing time of your life.

I visited this spa on December 10 for a deep tissue massage and winter radiance facial.

I booked a deep tissue massage, and Randy massaged me using medium pressure at best. I asked him to focus on my neck and shoulders, and he spent maybe 10 minutes on these areas. He never adjusted the massage table when I turned face up. He never focused on my neck or shoulders when I turned faced up either. I guess the massage was relaxing? But it was definitely not deep tissue, which I paid for. They automatically add 20% gratuity so unfortunately, I was unable to tip based on the service I received.

The facilities were also lacking. The pool was freezing cold. I heard others mentioning the heater was broken. The “relaxing” music kept skipping. There was a bucket of water catching a leak in the ceiling in the women’s locker room.

I will say my facial with Michelle was the best facial I have ever had. If this review was based solely on my facial I would give it 5/5. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She provided several massages when different products were sitting on my face. She provided more neck and shoulder relief than my massage therapist did. My skin felt and looked amazing after this facial. I would only return to the spa for a facial with Michelle.
