If you are looking for a serious deep tissue massage, ask for therapist Tim. He has incredible strength combined with technique for those stubborn knots! If you have a service, you have all day access to the beautiful facilities (peaceful atrium, dry and wet sauna, vitamin c showers, mineral soak, indoor pool). So if you are staying multiple days, consider booking different services on different days. I also got a facial that was wonderful, but unlike most facials I have received elsewhere, the therapist did not massage my arms or hands while mask was applied. She just sat there for several minutes doing nothing while mask was doing its thing. This is the time most therapists will massage the arms and hands. All the staff were welcoming and thoughtful. FYI, gratuity of 22% is automatically applied to your bill.

We stayed at the cloister while at a wedding. The spa is literally world class integrating indoor and outdoor facilities. The water features were amazing like the rotunda fountain, the lounge area and the mineral soak and showers infused with vitamin c. My treatments were exceptional and I’ve been to many spas. I’d come back solely for the spa…awesome!!

My wife and I went there for our 5 year anniversary!
We stayed the night at the Lodge. We got our massages at the Cloister. We had dinner at the Italian Restaurant T the Cloister. The whole experience was amazing. Friendly hospitable. We highly recommend them.

You message them about a service that you feel was not up to standards … just a simple conversation (nothing ugly) and they block you. How immature is that! I guess they pretend to be perfect and 5 star but they don’t give 5 star customer service. I paid for a service and I should be treated as a valued guest. I just expected the service that they brag on… proud themselves on, nothing more.

Miss Melanie was great and I had Ash for facial treatment whom also was great! Spa laid out nicely, must try the vitamin C infused showers.

The facial was excellent but the massage I had was meh. Not the worst I've had and definitely not the best. Maybe my expectations were too high. The facility itself is stunning and staff all very friendly and helpful.
