I recently visited The Spa at The Maybourne Beverly Hills to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, our host Mikaela went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and pampered. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail set the perfect tone for our special day.

Our massage therapists, Kim and Theresa, were absolutely incredible. They provided the most relaxing and rejuvenating massages, tailoring each session to our individual needs with such care and expertise. Their skills left us feeling completely refreshed and renewed, making the entire experience truly unforgettable.

The amenities at The Spa were top-notch, providing a luxurious and tranquil environment that allowed us to fully unwind and enjoy every moment. The combination of the stunning facilities, exceptional service, and the genuine care from Mikaela, Kim, and Theresa made my sister’s birthday celebration incredibly special.

I cannot recommend The Spa at The Maybourne Beverly Hills enough. It was an experience we will cherish for a long time, and we can’t wait to return for another day of blissful relaxation. Thank you for making my sister’s birthday so memorable!

Nothing impressive or extraordinary about this spa. The massage was as good as any I’ve had at a good spa like let’s say, Pelican Hill. However the facial no fault of the esthetician, was nothing special (1:45 minute long over $500 not including the 20% gratuity= $700 give or take). I was looking everywhere for a staff member for a plastic bag to put my swimsuit in, and it took me forever to finally find someone. The lounge room is small, no one to greet you and offer any verities of naturally fruit flavored water (there’s only one kind), and healthy snacks, in addition the lighting was not dim enough. The room is very ordinary (please visit the spa at Pelican Hill to see what I mean). The jacuzzi on the lower level is 104 degrees (uncomfortably hot) and we looked everywhere for the switch to turn it on. When ordering food, the rollaway table is too high in comparison to the lounge chaise, it’s almost at shoulder height. In conclusion, what truly made me mad and disappointed was after spending over $1800 they validated our parking ticket, only to find out that it was actually a $5 discount which is such a cheap thing to do. Lesson learned, it doesn’t mean because a hotel, spa or any business is located in an affluent area, their level of service will be at par with their location. This gave me a greater appreciation for the spa at the Pelican Hill (Newport Beach). Hope the management will take my criticism positively and understand that it is these little details that often make all the difference. The purpose behind going to a spa is to feel pampered and relaxed and not frustrated and disappointed.
