I really don't know how to explain the therapy that Joann Ingram provides, but I can tell you first hand that if you suffer from any kind of emotional issues, she's the person to see. I was having a lot of stress issues as well as physical health issues that resulted in some real emotional situations. I had a miraculous experience of uncontroleable rest and stress free days after just one visit with Joann. I felt such hope in what otherwise seemed like a very hopeless situation. I usually rely on God for my hope in such dark days, but I can honestly say that God sent her to me as I had just been pleading on my knees to him that very day about my situation. God does and can use those who are willing to be used by Him. I was very skeptical when I first heard of this therapy, but I'm a firm believer now. Thank you so much for following God's lead Joann.

Kendra is amazing! I have had tons of issues with my upper back and after 2 sessions I have SO MUCH relief. I can now take a deep breath without it hurting!! 100% would recommend!

Dr Heather is amazing! My seasonal allergies (which are terrible here in Arkansas) were almost nonexistent this past Spring after getting an allergy scan. My son had a rash spot on his face and watched the spot fade after I gave him his allergy drops. I also have back issues and thyroid issues that have been relieved since seeing Dr Heather and doing the footpaths and sauna. I have felt better than I have in a long time. I love Dr Heather and Stacey, they truly care about you both inside and out!

Heather and her staff are a joy to deal with. I have used several services and am more than satisfied. I've dealt with allergies for years, and as a result of treatment from Heather I have stopped taking allergy medication daily, and feel much better even in the midst of a bad allergy season.

I came to Dr Heather after I was pretty sick with Covid. She did a scan and discovered that I cannot absorb folic acid and I had a handful of food allergies. I did about five foot baths, removed the folic acid and the foods allergies from my diet. I also started taking whole food vitamins, Nettle and Methyl Factors.For many years, I have had a fatty liver and severe sinus allergies. It hurt to press on my liver and I took many allergy meds year round. Since I made the changes that Dr Heather suggested, it no longer hurts to press on my liver at all, I no longer take any allergy meds and my nose doesn’t run and I very rarely sneeze. Thank you Dr Heather and Miss Stacy!!!!

I went to Thrive Wellness because I was having stiffness and soreness in my knees and elbows as well as stiffness and pain in the muscles in those areas. Heather used a laser technology on those areas and I felt relief immediately!
