DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

I ordered a scrub online and have been waiting ages! After several calls finding out it was not actually in stock when purchased when it said it was.
I was then told it was being ordered in from elsewhere, then when they had received it it would be shipped to me.
After yet another few days they said I'd receive the item shortly and it was on its way to me.
Received a call today asking what I would like to do, obviously I'd like the item I've paid for but it wasn't really a call asking what I would like to do it was that they couldn't complete my order an it was a refund they were offering. Why ask what I'd like to do then
Now I have to wait 5 to 10 working days for my money absolutely ridiculous it'll be a month from ordering to receiving my money back.
Personally I don't find this an acceptable way to treat a customer, I wasn't contacted to be told there was any issues and there would be a delay of any sort. They waited for me to contact them to find out what was going on.

This clinic is amazing. New to the area but I thought I'd give them a go, and I'm so glad I did. The building is discreet which i appreciated, but not difficult to find. The interior is spotless, with the perfect mix of modern and traditional. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. I arrived early to my appointment and was offered a coffee whilst I waited (which was delicious!). My appointment was with Dr Liakas, with whom I was immediately impressed. His knowledge and experience, along with his caring tone made me feel I could trust him 100%. I feel he really cared about my concerns and recommended the best treatments, whilst taking into consideration my budget and ability for downtime. The whole experience was just incredible, thank you Vie Aesthetics Harley Street!

Great experience with really excellent results. I had very deep eye bags (“tear troughs”) and I’m very squeamish in general. After much convincing from my partner I went to see Dr Liakas, and he was quick, professional and reassuring. I had minimal swelling/pain afterwards, and now my appearance is much more fresh and aesthetically pleasing. Despite my hatred of needles, I will make sure to come back whenever I need any treatment or top-up.

I am thoroughly impressed with this clinic and the service I have received. I had four moles removed with Dr Liakis using the Plexr treatment. Literally amazing results, could never tell the moles were ever there. My skin healed beautifully, just as the Dr said it would.

I also wouldn’t ever go anywhere else for my Botox. The results are always subtle, natural and long lasting. Dr Liakis and team thank you! Anyway look forward to my visits!

I had my tear troughs done OMG what a difference! I was a bit anxious but there was nothing to worry about! I didn’t feel a thing I was comfortable the whole time and the doctor talked me through the whole procedure! The results are amazing and I’ve been back since to have my lips done, it’s a great experience and I can’t recommend enough! Thank you so much 😊 x
