Affordable indulgence... made last minute reservation and what a surprise!! One of the best treats to myself in a long time. From the lotions to the linens - all exceptional. Cup of Nespresso with a book curled up by the fireplace in a spa robe after a soke in the tub --- ahhh, my new happy place!

Nice rooms, very comfortable, staff were fantastic. Felt like I just did a round of shots after hitting up their hot tub and sauna. Absolutely would go back.

We just finished up our third stay at this hotel and we will be back again in December. We love it! We come with our 3 year old son to visit family in the area. Each visit from arrival to departure just feels seamless, staff is kind, the rooms are spacious, gardens are beautiful and the food is great. It's clear this property is run well. Thank you!

Unfortunately I have to give my experience 3 stars. The room was nice and the staff at the front were great but we had a bad experience with the spa and the restaurant.

If I’m spending $700+ per night, I would think room service isn’t an issue. I called and got redirected to the restaurant multiple times. When I got to someone they said they needed to call back but will shortly. 15+ minutes pass and we finally get a call back. We placed our order and she said it will take an hour. They had a wedding that night and perhaps that’s why they were short staffed but seems silly to neglect the other paying customers.

The massage was a surprise for my husband and I made sure when I made the reservations to confirm they will use the card on file, since I’m staying at the hotel. I called close to his massage end time to settle up but no answer. I called 3x. I had to call my husband and when he spoke to the spa receptionist, she was disrespectful and said he needs to pay since there’s no card and that they never received my 3 calls. Thankfully there was another receptionist that told her that we are staying at in a room and have a CC on file. Same thing, if the massage is $180+, I would hope the spa experience front to back has no issues.

Great massage. Bathroom/changing room too small. Nice outdoor hot tub on a nice day that we had. If it was raining it wouldn't be as great.
With the cost of this place you'd think they'd serve you complimentary wine, but it's $15 for a can to drink. Ridiculous.

We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding than Willows Lodge in Woodinville, WA. From start to finish, our experience at this beautiful location was exceptional, and it played a huge role in making our day truly special.

One of the main reasons we chose Willows Lodge was its all-in-one convenience. The venue offered everything we needed: an on-site ceremony location, reception space, catering, and all necessary setup and service. It was a one-stop shop that included tables, chairs, service ware, and linens, which made the planning process so much smoother. The natural beauty of the venue meant that we didn’t need to add much in terms of decorations, and having both indoor and outdoor options was a fantastic feature in case of inclement weather.

Jenn, the site coordinator, deserves a special mention. Her exceptional service and friendly demeanor stood out from our very first meeting. Jenn’s patience with both us and our wedding planner was evident, and she handled every detail with professionalism and care. Despite the rain forcing us to move the reception indoors, Jenn and her team managed the transition seamlessly. The indoor setup turned out beautifully, and we received numerous compliments on the delicious food and outstanding service. In fact, a group of former waitresses remarked that it was one of the best plated meals they had ever experienced!

The staff at Willows Lodge went above and beyond, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day without worrying about the logistics. Their hard work was evident, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication and effort in making our wedding day filled with love and magic.

Overall, Willows Lodge provided a stunning setting and exceptional service, contributing greatly to the success of our wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice and highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a memorable and stress-free event.

What a beautiful hotel this was right in the center of things. The grounds were meticulously maintained and the attention to detail in the rooms was very noticeable. We walked most places and the staff was super helpful with recommendations and tending to our needs. We loved our stay.

We splurged on a 3-night stay at Willows Lodge for our wedding anniversary (along with a dinner at the Herb Farm). Worth every penny. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable; loved the big soaking tub! We dined at both the Barking Frog and the Fireside Lounge and enjoyed every meal. The staff are friendly, helpful and omnipresent; you will never have to go "search" for someone to answer a question or bring you a bicycle. The grounds themselves are lovely and are within walking distance to several wineries and a distillery. Our only disappointment was not being able to stay even longer!
