Amazing experience! I was feeling a little tired and run down. And I decided to come in for my lunch hour. The nurses here were very attentive, professional, and welcoming. They went thru the process very much in detail. During the iv drip, they made sure I was comfortable with a pillow under my arm as I relaxed on a recliner. The facility is very clean and hygiene is very much a priority.
I very much recommend!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and their entire team. I was in ROUGH shape from a night of debauchery (read: super hungover). I had extreme nausea and headache, but overall, I felt awful. To jump to it, the products worked amazingly; they got me the essential fluids and vitamins, etc, but also got me Zofran and CBD to help with nausea and anxiety. I felt better almost immediately (yay, science!). It legit felt like a transformation, but even more than that, the entire staff was so friendly, professional, empathetic, kind, and solution-oriented that it felt extra special and motivated me to write this review. Seriously, major props to the whole team for handling your work. You saved my day and provided comfort when I needed it: 10/10, all the stars.

My experience at REVIV NYC-Nomad location was very interesting. I would suggest to have a sign outside of the building advertising their location. Second, I would really love to see an update done to the office! My husband and I are repeat customers, and it should have a similar vibe of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas!! There was ONE Nurse working, and Margaret was AMAZING!! She deserves so much credit from customer service, to the way she did her job. Margaret gave a 5 Star service!!! Other nurses in other locations we have visited, were worried more about quantity and not quality. Margaret was the BEST!!

I'm a regular, usually very happy customer, so I'm not doing this lightly. Today I had to wait 30 mins for my appointment, and after that, another 20+ minutes to be able to pay because they had an issue with the front desk. I get it, however, I didn't appreciate that they would t just let me go and figure it out on their own. They always just charge my card on file but this time they refused to, instead they made me wait and it caused me to cancel my work meeting and run late to pickup my kids.
Oh and two out of three services were included in my package, I mean, a decent thing to do would have been to just let me leave.

Always come to this location for Nkem and she's the best and I actually followed her here from another location. If you need painless shot, she's the best and she's so nice and attentive. Absolute love for the location and the receptionist is an absolute delight!! So lovely and so helpful

Nurses Michael and Jessica Kim and receptionist Sophia are amazing. The nurses are knowledgeable and SAFE! They are serious about discussing what i am putting into my body to make sure i am making the right decisions for my optimal health and wellness. I always feel great after a treatment. I have come here about 15 times in the last year. Especially important during flu and cold seasons when my body needs extra boost of immunity. PRO TIP: try to the "double bag" VITA GLOW for best health boost (and look great too 🙂
