A Perfect Weekend Getaway

My fiancé and I recently enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway at The Viana Hotel & Spa and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and valued, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Our room was immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was fresh and inviting. The comfort of the accommodations was beyond our expectations; we felt right at home the entire time.

The decor of the hotel was beautifully curated, creating a cozy yet stylish ambiance that added to the charm of our stay. We loved every detail!

Overall, our experience at The Viana Hotel & Spa was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to return!

Overall it's an ok hotel. I stayed in the 'Penthouse' of the hotel so my expectations were a little high. The hot water would start to turn cold in the middle of taking a shower. The bed is a little hard for my personal liking, towels are too hard on my skin. But overall the staff was very helpful and professional. Location of the hotel is very convenient to access just about everything you need.

We stay at this hotel for my wife birthday. She had a massage and facial treatment there. She loves the facial treatment and the girl did an excellent job. Massage was not as professional done as a facial treatment. They gave us a room in the penthouse and the noise coming from the roof made us ask to switched the rooms. They switched without any problem and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Rooms were OK with all necessary kitchen equipment. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was well prepared and tasted very good.

I really can't say enough positive things about the Viana Hotel and Spa. It holds a very special place in my heart not only because it's super luxurious for an outstanding price, dog friendly, and always immaculate but also because I've stayed in just about every tier room and never encountered room issues. For context, I've stayed here over 12 times with my fiance for over three to 3 years, which says a lot. We began as a long-distance relationship; as a someone from here eager to impress, I picked the Viana after reading the good reviews and seeing fair prices. However, I haven't stayed in a single place on Long Island since. The food and bar are great, the private pool is fantastic and typically simple to book, and the rooms are always clean. Even the spa products I have purchased are amazing; although I have yet to test out a treatment, it's on my bucket list for my next stay. I'll end by saying that we will most likely plan an intimate dinner at the hotel for our wedding night because we sampled the suite once impulsively and were so impressed by the size. All I want to do is go back to that hot tub! The staff is also exceptional; while I can't name everyone I've met at the hotel, every worker is always friendly. Their sales manager Erin is especially helpful and kind. I highly recommend it!

We used the Viana for our hotel accomodations. We worked with both Ashleigh and Erin to set up our block and they were both extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. I emailed pretty frequently with questions/to check on our guest count and they were accommodating and kind every time. My husband and I stayed there the night of our wedding and booked a suite… when we got there, we were surprised with champagne and roses. Also, it was beautifully decorated for the holidays! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

My daughter chose the Viana Hotel & Spa to reserve a block of rooms for her wedding on the North Shore of Long Island. As parents of the bride we had a 4 night wedding weekend. There was a Welcome Party at the Hotel on Friday night which was great. The wedding was Saturday at another location, and on Sunday morning we had a wonderful breakfast for our guests.
Erin & Ashleigh guided us through the whole weekend from beginning to end. The rooms were great, we had a suite which allowed us to greet guests who came at different times and all of the staff was terrific. Erin & Ashleigh assured that all of the details went well, we had a great weekend experience and we appreciate it very much. I recently held a regional meeting at the Viana. The experience from start to finish was very simple. I communicated with Nicole and Ashleigh and they were immediately responsive to all e-mails and the meeting went as planned. The space was setup up perfect and all AV equipment was in working order and very easy to setup. Candies on every table was a nice touch as well! The menu we chose had a nice variety of sandwiches, salads, beverages and cookies for desert. The offerings were identical to the menu and the setup was nice and easy for the group. I would definitely recommend anyone to have their event at the Viana and we will definitely be back for any meetings in the future.
